Clearing out a family member's home is rarely just a logistics problem — it's an emotional one too. Having a clear checklist can take some of the weight off during a time that's already hard enough.

Before the cleanout

Sorting the rest

Once the important items are set aside, everything else generally falls into keep, donate, or haul away. This is usually where families get overwhelmed — a lifetime of belongings doesn't sort itself in an afternoon, and there's rarely time pressure that makes it easier.

Where junk removal fits in

We're not the ones who help you decide what to keep — that's a family decision. But once you've pulled what matters and you're left with furniture, appliances, and general household items that need to go, we can clear an entire property in a single visit instead of it dragging out over weeks of trips to the dump.

A note on timing

If there's a closing date, an estate sale, or a lease deadline driving the timeline, tell us upfront — we'll work around it. Call or text photos when you're ready, and we'll take it from there.

Got junk to get rid of?

Text a few photos and we'll send back a straight price — usually the same day.
