Why shed removal isn't a simple haul-away
Unlike furniture or appliances, a shed has to actually be taken apart before it can be hauled — walls, roofing, and often a floor or foundation base all need to be broken down first.
What's involved
- Disassembling or demolishing the shed structure
- Separating materials — wood, metal roofing, hardware
- Hauling all the debris away
- Leaving the site reasonably clear, depending on what's underneath
What to check beforehand
If the shed has power run to it, that needs to be disconnected safely before demo starts — let us know ahead of time if that applies so we can coordinate around it.
